Major Terms And Conditions – Sector 34

1. Sector 34 accepts check-ins from 1 PM and checkout time would be 11 AM. Extension of checkout time costs extra upon management approval.

2. User will have to intimate the property representative about their time of arrival and departure.

3. Cancellation policies vary according to accommodation type. There will be no-refunds for cancellation on or within 24 hours of specified arrival time on the booking day. And partial refund will be issued for cancellation on or within 48 hours and full refund for cancellation before 48 hours of specified arrival time.

4. Child Policy: Children of any age are welcome. Extra beds are available at the property and will be given to user upon request.

5. Age Restriction: User must be of minimum 18 years of age having a valid government issued ID proof which must be at the time of check-in.

6. Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the property. However, it is allowed to smoke in the outside balcony or veranda of the property, provided that it would not disturb other occupants in the property.

7. Any damage caused by smoking, such as cigarette burns, stains or holes in the villa’s furniture, upholstery, carpets or any other property will result in penalty to the user.

8. Possessing of illegal drugs, arms, crackers are strictly prohibited.

9. Pets are allowed but please inform us during booking if bringing pets.

10. Maximum 8 guests are allowed in a single 3 BHK apartment.

11. Wi-Fi is available at the property and user can make use of it without extra charges and password for the same is provided in the cheat sheet.

12. User is requested use the property like his own property and to keep the cleanliness and hygiene intact. However, daily housekeeping service is provided at no extra cost.

13. User will be held financially responsible for the full replacement cost of the damaged items. And cost will be as per management’s valuation.

14. Please adhere to the Government’s accepted sound levels and ensure that music isn’t played loudly post 10:00 PM.

15. Treat our team with kindness and respect for your safety and comfort.

Detailed Terms And Conditions – Sector 34

Personal Information:

1. We collect and store information when you voluntarily send us electronic mail, register on our site, or fill out a form.

2. Information collected may include your name, email address, or phone number.

3. Your information will be used to respond to your inquiries, and if you provide contact details, we may contact you about our products and offers.

Booking and Payment:

1. 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% is due 24 hours before check-in.

2. Please present your Aadhar card or Passport during booking and check-in.

3. An indemnity form must be filled at the time of check-in.

Check-in/Check-out:

1. Check-ins from 1 PM and checkout time would be 11 AM.

2. Extension of checkout time is subject to management approval with a 50% charge on tariff.

Guest Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to the promised number of guests without exceeding it.

2. Some properties are pet-friendly; inform us during reservation if bringing pets.

Prohibited Items:

1. Strictly prohibited: Arms, drugs, illicit substances, hookah, vape, bursting crackers.

2. Damages will be charged as per management's valuation.

Smoking Regulations:

1. Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, all indoor areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, kitchens, and any enclosed spaces within the villa premises.

2. Guests are permitted to smoke outside the villa in designated smoking areas only. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that all cigarette butts and smoking-related litter are properly disposed of in the provided receptacles.

Smoking Damage Liability:

1. Any damage caused by smoking, such as cigarette burns, stains, or holes in the villa's furniture, upholstery, carpets, or any other property, will result in charges to the guest.

2. Guests will be held financially responsible for the full replacement cost of the damaged item(s). For example, if a cigarette burn damages a sofa, the guest will be charged for the entire cost of replacing the sofa, not just the repair of the damaged section.

3. The assessment of damages and the corresponding charges will be at the sole discretion of the villa management.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation policies vary according to accommodation type. There will be no-refunds for cancellation on or within 24 hours of specified arrival time on the booking day.

2. Partial refund will be issued for cancellation on or within 48 hours of specified arrival time on the booking day.

3. Full refund for cancellation before 48 hours of specified arrival time on the booking day.

4. Prices cannot be reduced after booking; increases may apply for additional guests.

General Guidelines:

1. Music and movies above the legal limit are discouraged after 10:00 PM.

2. Treat our property team with kindness and respect for your safety and comfort.

Refundable Deposit:

Sector 34 reserves the right to collect a refundable security deposit, starting at ₹5,000 and subject to variation depending on the type of booking upon check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, contingent upon the condition of the premises and any potential damages incurred during the stay.
